Job Description

SAPSOL Technologies is looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA Cloud, and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Certification in either ABAP or related SAP technologies is required. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate technical projects onsite, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementations using the SAP Activate methodology. Experience with SAP Security, FICO, and MM modules is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate SAP technical projects across ABAP, S/4HANA Cloud, and BTP technologies, working closely with onsite teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of SAP Activate methodology for project management and successful S/4HANA implementations.
- Manage system performance, upgrades, security protocols, and user administration to ensure system stability.
- Drive ABAP development, including custom reports, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with functional teams (particularly FICO and MM) to implement integrated technical solutions.
- Oversee SAP transports, version control, and system upgrades, managing complex technical challenges.
- Provide onsite leadership for technical teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Conduct incident management, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes for SAP system issues.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP with demonstrated leadership in coordinating technical projects.
- Technology certification in ABAP is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP BTP is essential.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security, user management, system performance, and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with FICO and MM modules, with expertise in technical integration.
- Proven ability to manage onsite teams and coordinate project activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
