The candidate will play a crucial role in developing enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions using a variety of tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver solutions that enable operational and business users to increase productivity and streamline operations. - Design, architect, and develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows. - Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows and custom connectors, APIs, and integrations. - Establish a citizen development governance plan that defines standards and oversight to ensure business-built solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable. - Follow best practices for governance, security, lifecycle management, and data protection within the automation ecosystem, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance productivity and achieve business outcomes. - Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the automation and AI space. - Demonstrate continuous learning and growth while gradually assuming increased ownership and responsibility. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, with an emphasis on Power Apps and Power Automate. - Understanding and experience with Microsoft Power Platform connectors. - Understanding of AI capabilities within the Power Platform, such as AI Builder or integration with Azure AI services and Copilot Sudio. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate with high self-sufficiency. - A dedicated work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
